Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to paid services offered by Shinecleanse, including digital subscriptions, workshops, and in-studio consultations.
Digital subscriptions
If you purchase an annual rhythm planner subscription online, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Contact us at chat@shinecleanse.world before the cancellation period ends.
If you have accessed substantial digital content during the cancellation period with your express consent, a proportionate charge may apply for content already supplied.
Workshops and events
Workshop tickets may be refunded in full if cancelled at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days may receive credit toward a future session unless the place can be reallocated.
Studio consultations
Consultations rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice incur no fee. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email your order reference, name, and reason to chat@shinecleanse.world or call +44 1497 821205. We respond within 5 working days and process approved refunds within 14 days to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Custom planning packages prepared specifically for your household are non-refundable once delivery has begun, except where required by law.
